We now had a Name, a Domain, a couple of tools that we needed to get up and running… And Oh, let’s not forget the Business Cards that we purchased right off the bat. There was still that one thing that was essential to having a business, one thing that you ABSOLUTELY need… Can you guess what it is?
Something of Value that you could either sell to, or share with, your potential customers. Something that would help solve a problem they had!
Let’s face it, if you have an official business but no products, how long would you last? What would be your purpose? How many customers would you retain, if any at all?
This indeed was one of the toughest decisions that we had to make, that was, until we found Internet Profits and their Accelerator Program… More about that in a minute.
When we started our business, Harper Grace Solutions, LLC, we made the decision that we would only promote what we believed in. This would include Items and Programs that we used, that were beneficial to anyone that we were trying to help. We also decided, in the process of our journey, if we came across something new, we would try it out… Could this product make our job easier? Does it offer the same Value as the product we are currently using? Does it Offer more value at a cheaper price? Let’s not forget about Support… If you have a problem (Let’s hope you don’t π… But you will π…) How quick are they to respond, help, and solve your issue?
When we started in the Internet Profits Program, we heard things like…
“Oh, that’s one of those Multi-Level Marketing Scams…”
“They just want you to sell their products.”
“So, you’re going to make somebody else rich, huh?”
I must admit, I let this bother me at first… It made me wonder how many others would think the same thing…
But wait… π€
Aren’t these the same people that work for somebody else? Don’t they take their own kids and enroll them in other people’s programs like Dancing, Football, and even Schools…
Do these places and people teach somebody else’s program or their own? (honestly, I got a little upset and took it personal…)
I don’t know of any business that hires a person with the sole purpose of training them to work for someone else… Do you? I really can’t see Chick-fil-AΒ hiring someone and training them to be a cook at McDonalds. If you decide to sell Boats, you wouldn’t study under a business that sold cars, would you? If you decided to play Football at Auburn, you wouldn’t practice with the Alabama Football team, would you? (If you know anything about Alabama, USA, then you know this would never happen… π€£)
Why would we expect something different when it comes to an Online Business? How can we learn if we don’t have something to learn with? When I first learned to drive, I used my parents’ vehicle, then one day I ended up with my own… π‘
That is exactly what we found in the Internet Profits Accelerator Program. This program teaches you “Affiliate Marketing” by first becoming an Internet Profits “Affiliate”. You start with being able to promote “Internet Profits” products with the goal of being able to promote your own. For more information on the >>>”Internet Profits Program”<<< follow the link.
This Blog is an perfect example of one of OUR “Owned” Assets. (That’s just a tiny fraction of what we have learned from Internet Profits)
The Biggest difference that we have found between this program and the rest…>>> “UNMATCHED” willingness to see and help us succeed. Our Mentor Dean Holland and his team of coaches, like Sophie and Glenn are consistently offering help, advice, and constructive criticism when needed. Heck, we even have “Ask us Anything” Daily… Yes, I said “Daily” coaching!Β
I decided to ask someone else, one with a little more knowledge in what the advantage of getting coaching would be, just to see what they had to say about it. I wanted to get another opinion on whether coaching really mattered as much as I thought it did, especially in the early developing stages. So, I asked my business partner what she thought.
Harper Says:
Take it from someone that the Doctors said, “There would be a very slim chance, if any, that I would ever be able to use my legs…” I’m here to tell you… Don’t let ANYBODY define YOUR Determination, YOUR Motivation, or YOUR Success by their Mindset and Spoken Words. So, what if you don’t get there in the same manner that everybody else chooses. I’m proof that you can get there! If you are willing to put in the work, and with the right Mentor and Coaching, Anything Is Possible, and it sure makes things a lot easier than figuring it all out on your own. π
David, a really great post, and I especially love when you said, we will βOnly promote what we believe inβ. This is very important and Iβm so glad that you feel that way too as so many people just promote anything just for the sake of making some money. The fact that you select carefully what you want to promote and then you try yourself and you believe in it shows your integrity and how serious you are about adding value to other people. I also read and heard lots of comments that Internet profits is a scam or even a pyramid scheme. Both of which are incorrect. Youβre absolutely right about itβs the same people that are helping others become so rich when they can do something for themselves. A brilliant post and I love the wise words from your daughter. Talk again soon my friend. Thanks, Atif.
Thank you for your kind words! I have learned a lot from my Granddaughter about Determination, Dedication, Commitment and such. She is my motivation and “WHY”
Honesty and openness, which reflects her personality, is the only way that we would choose to run our business.
Yes it is funny how people are quick to state that you are just making someone rich with this online stuff, and the pop off to their job, where other people, get rich at their expense!
The I always ask is, will you pay my bills, because if not, then don’t tell me how I should be trying to make money.
Great read, thanks.
Tony, thanks for the comment… As Dean would put it, “They don’t Know what they don’t know”
Hi David, well said.
I wrote a whole post about unethical mentors.
I think everyone should hear your advice, and promote only what you believe in.
This is why I appreciate what our mentor, Dean Holland does. He believes the same and over a year I have been learning from him, I have never seen anything unethical being promoted by him or his team. Top man.
I love Harper, she is so adorable. And for such a small person, a bunch of determination.
And just to touch upon the opinions of others. You are right, not to listen to their opinions, especially when they do not know what you know. Like you said, to be professional you have to study from professionals.
I love what Alex Hormozi once said: Success is the only revenge!
All the best!
Tom
I love that comment “Success is the only revenge” and it is so true! Thank you for Harper comment as well. She is my driving force and my perfect “WHY” When I hear someone say “You will never…” I look at them and GRIN… Then I turn and wink at Harper π
Excellent post, David! You have a great story that makes people want more of what you are sharing. I appreciate how you have listed out and discussed the different things that are of tremendous value in the Internet Profits program.
I celebrate with you not only your growth, but that of Harper Grace as well!
Thank you Michael for kind reply! Harper is my Inspiration, She is a Daily reminder of why I want to help others and challenges me to be the Best I can be! I can not promote something that a do not believe in.
Hi David, great post!
You’re right, it can be frustrating hearing the opposing comments you mentioned. I do love how you helped us understand that it’s actually no different than joining and training in any other company or business. It’s actually better in that with Internet Profits you are trained to sell the companies products but free to and encouraged to create and sell your own as well. Look forward to your next posts!
Denny
Denny, I totally agree! I wish I would have come across Deans program earlier, but I didn’t. Teaching us how to create our own products and promote them Honestly while including the best possible value to our readers, leads and customers… You can see just how much Dean not only loves helping others, but how much he truly wants you to succeed!
David, this is the first time coming across your post, and it would be an understatement to say how much I enjoyed reading your story. Iβm just starting out in affiliate marketing as well and I can completely relate to some of the responses Iβve received, just as you. Your story.. and all you are sharing.. just inspiring!
Thank you Lauren for your kind words! I have a GREAT business partner as you can see. My “WHY” Motivates me beyond measure to be the best I can be without any excuses. I am truly BLESSED!
I really appreciate this post, David. Love that your granddaughter is inspiring you to overcome mental barriers blocking your way. (I am working on a blog that looks at challenges that get in the way and often it is what other people think or say that hold us back). It is so important to have a mantra, affirmation or belief that gives us the ability to disregard what others say that doesn’t work for us.

Thank you for the comment! I use to let what people said bother me some much that it effected my work… Then I asked myself why? When I decided to stop asking why, and found my “WHY”, things began to change. Now I just let all those negative comments roll off my back, they don’t have a clue about how much my “WHY” motivates me…π
Hey there David really great read! You make very valid points and I couldnt agree more. There will always be people who will offer up uneducated opinions. I have not come across negatives about Internet Profits but I can 100% testify that it is definitely not a scam. It is the most genuine and ethical business with the most genuine and ethical people I have found. I m proud to be a certified partner. Just love Harper Grace’s input….so so true and well worth remembering!

Thank you Karen! Repairing the TRUST of our readers is a process. They have been effected by so many people and programs that are dishonest and unethical. We have to re-build that TRUST and re-build their confidence in themselves… We will do so by the proven methods we use and do it in an Honest and Open manner.
Hi David,
I loved what you said about something you believe in being easier to promote. I know for me I have a much easier time promoting anything that I believe in, especially products or services I have used myself. I have to vouch for what you are saying about Dean Holland. He is very ethical and very committed to teaching his clients everything they need to succeed in Affiliate Marketing. Of course, it benefits him having his students promote his products but he gives so much value it is really easy to do. Plus, the reality is that like you said these skills can be used for any type of affiliate situation. We will be using all these skills whether we are promoting our own products or other people’s products.
Best regards,
Stephanie
100% agree and thanks for the comment! The value that Dean includes in his program exceeds anything that I have ever been a part of before. It shows in his trainings that His desire is to Help people reach their Goals and Dreams. The skills we are learning can be applied in all kinds of business and utilized in building and promoting our own products in the future. He has made me a BELIEVER by his actions. π
David,
Great post your enthusiasm and commitment truly show in your writing! Kids are just so resilient! Its wonderful to see how strong the relationship with your granddaughter is!
Ken McGarvey recently posted…Hello world!
Thank you Ken! The relationship I have with Harper is built on trust. She knows that when Grandpa is with her, he will give everything he has to make sure she is taken care of. That may mean crawling around the house on my hands and knees, Holding her as we walk around the yard, telling her the colors of cars when they pass by, or even kicking back in the chair and watching her favorite shows. I believe that type of trust should be generated trough our business to our readers… The biggest hurdle that we have to overcome is gaining the trust of those that have been “dropped on their head” by other Affiliate Marketing programs and scammers. They have been “Hurt” in the past, and their trust has been damaged. It’s up to us to repair that trust. Harper is a Great Teacher!
We will exclusively support products and services that we have personally tested and found beneficial. I strongly resonate with the enthusiasm you express when discussing this program, and, much like yourself, I take pride in being a member of this community and having access to these invaluable resources.
All the Best

One of the best decisions that I have made as an investment into not only myself, but also my “Why”! and may I say “WOW” to the team we have to learn from!
Yes, anything is possible!!!!! Thank you for this incredibly inspiring post. Harper gives great advice, and with her being your WHY, it’s no wonder you are so motivated! Success starts with the right mindset, and this post is a great reminder!
Thank you for your kind words! Harper is truly my Heartbeat… I am amazed when I watch how she studies every detail no matter how big or small. Your right, she is my motivator. When I hear negative comments like “You won’t be able to do that” I just look at Harper and GRIN, because we know better! π
People have all kinds of opinions about Internet programs. But an opinion is just an opinion, it is not a fact.
Obviously, people are free to express their opinions. The only problem is a lot of times, people just give their opinion on things they have totally no experience with.
I guess there is a reason why opinions are sometimes called “two cents”. If we want to make thousands or even millions online, then we must not allow ourselves to be stopped by “two cents”.
Very well said Alan, I agree 100%!
David,
From a young age, we’re encouraged to go to school and then embark on a journey of working for others, contributing to their success. However, the true magic happens when we take the leap to work for ourselves and create our own wealth. There’s something incredible about promoting only what aligns with our beliefs. It’s a fantastic quality, and I genuinely wish more businesses shared the same ethical mindset as yours.
Sherri
Thank you Sherri! I was raised to work hard for what I wanted. I am a third generation machinist/Programmer (Foreman), as well as a certified Locksmith (owner). Both are full time Jobs. Long hours are fairly common in both of these field of work. I can honestly tell you, that my world revolves around my “Why” (Harper Grace) She is as much a part of my business as I am, in fact, probably more so. If I’m going to be a Mentor to her, I will teach her Ethically and Honestly, it’s the right way!
Even top of their profession athletes have coaches. It is like having a mirror that sees into your mind but appears blank to you. Introspection is a difficult talent to learn and a coach makes it much easier.
God bless.
I can only imagine if everybody that was driving on the road today was “Self Taught”… (I have seen some that may be…LOL) Without Coaches and Mentors I do not believe that we would be able to get very far, very fast. Learning from others that have “Been There, Done That” is by far the best way to learn… That is if your coach is an Honest one. If I wanted to learn Baseball here in the US, I would not go to a Basketball coach to get lessons. Finding Dean’s Program was a Blessing. I look forward to what 2024 has in store for us!
I can see the difficulty in seeming just to be promoting a mentor’s products. I hadn’t thought about it because when I read Dean’s Iceberg Effect, I was most impressed that he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. He went over a specific plan to follow. I simply wanted to know more and enrolled in his training program. Since his products/programs are involved directly with how to achieve the affiliate marketing process in broad terms, I have no problem praising their helpfulness.
In contrast, some programs don’t teach the general process but simply how to sell a creator’s products. That doesn’t teach a career path, just how to get rich by promoting fill-in-the-blank.
That seems a bit off.
Thanks for the heads up! I hadn’t realized I might look like I was doing the same thing. I’ll consider how to clarify that with my audience.
Nakina Lawson recently posted…A Beginner’s Advantage – What Dean Holland Would Do If He Could Be a Beginner Again
Nakina, Thank you for the comment. Sometimes it’s easy to fall into the “I want to Make Money Now” attitude and we forget how we come across to our readers… I try to make an effort to focus on the “Helping” part instead of the “Sales” part… I have to admit, it is hard sometimes to seperate the two when you know for yourself how much value is in the products we offer.
Brilliant post. I really love hearing about your granddaughter. Kids are just the best and they teach us so much. I’ve had my nephews over this weekend, so we’ve had a houseful 93boys and 1 girl) so I took them all the the woods for a big walk, I’ve not laughed so much for weeks. What they come out with is hilarious and from all the stress in the week with adults to seeing life a different way with children, Cherish every minute with her.
When you come across it again, just smile and nod. and know,,,,,,We know better! I cant wait to make my fist sale silence the doubters.
Sarah, thanks for the comment! When you look through the eyes of a child, it really does give you a whole new perspective on everything! I’ve crawled a million miles right behind her… When she says “Eee! Eee!” That means, “Come on Grandpa!” I LOVE it! Forward to Success!
Hi David!
This is such an inspiring read! Harper Grace just melts my heart. β€οΈ
Concerning affiliate marketing, I, too, have been faced with very similar comments.
I look forward to more motivational posts from you!

Great job documenting your experiences. For sure “this is our only hope, Obi-Wan Kenobi”.
(GRIN) thanks for the comment Lenny! ONE STEP AT A TIME… Thats how we will see Success!
David,
I love your post. I love the way you explain how other businesses wouldn’t train you to work for someone else! So very true. Yet, here is Dean doing exactly that! The world needs more people like him! Which, when you think about it, that is what he is helping to create! We will be doing the same thing, helping others learn Affiliate Marketing! Your Grandaughter is precious, by the way, but you already know that!
Take care!
Kelli
Thank you for your kind words! As a business owner, I can only train people on the machines I have and with the tools I have. With that said, I would also be training them to make or build products for my existing customers… Dean is doing the same by giving us a base to start with though his program, tools, and training. Our goal in the end is to reach the point where we can do the same with what we have to offer… I agree Dean is AWESOME! He is literally training a group of Honest and Ethical Affiliate Marketers and I am Glad to be one of them! Here is to our 2024! BTW, yes she is Precious and has me wrapped around her little finger π₯°
Ahhhh, progress! You are so much ahead of me, but seeing where you are is a bit of encouragement that I can get there as well! I appreciate your sincere desire that you “would only promote what we believed in.”

Thank you Ernie for your comment! Running two full time business’ gives me a lot of time to deal with salespeople. Ther are good ones and bad ones. Some have no clue about the product they are trying to sale and are only trying to make money. If fact, a lot of them are so full of BS that they should have been Cattle farmers instead. I wasn’t raised to be that way. I can and will only promote what I believe in… And my Grandfather was a Farmer! As far as progress goes, mine is measured with a scale made from failures. Remember one step at a time! You got this! If you ever are in doubt, step back, take a deep breath… and say ZAMBONI ! (Fresh Ice) π
Our βWhyβ is no doubt one of the strongest motivators, and yours stands out as a perfect example. I enjoyed reading your post and the insights written in the comments!
Thank you Kate! I could not have asked for a better “WHY” than the one that was provided… I am Blessed beyond Measure and learn from her on a daily basis!
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if only more people believed in what they promote. If Harper doesn’t have controling intrest she should lol.
Jon, wouldn’t the world be a better place if they did. I know for a FACT and you can verify with anybody close to the family… Harper has All the Control, and she gets All my Interest…LOL
David,
I am with you. One of the first decisions we made about online marketing is no products will be advertised that we ourselves did not first try out and find value in it.
Affiliate marketing and building the relationships with your list is a lot of work to blow it off with cheap products with no value.
Also as you stated, it’s important to have your own online assists. In this case a blog. WHY? Because things are always changing and owning a blog hosted on a neutral platform protects you form the search engines and the social media sites. They are constantly changing but if you have your owned assess aka a blog it shields you from having some one take control of your asset.
Great food for thought.
CJ
Thank you CJ! People may sometimes disagree with our opinions, but if our opinions are based on Facts, through the use of a product, and we share those through HONESTY, thats the highest value the we can give to our readers.
I have always found it difficult to accept that we abide by norms, rules, traditions, and guidelines made by people just like us. Just the fact that they came to this world before has made the difference. There are countless things that I felt I could provide a better solution to if I were the one proposing it, but the world doesn’t quite work that way. Even if some disruptive technology comes in, it takes years before people change their approach. For example, you will still find people memorizing and writing chemistry reaction equations, where it’s quite relevant to memorize these stuff now that the Internet and Google are around.
Great read by the way!
