Over the past week we have been making a transition as you may have been aware of through our Blog Posts…
We have been moving our Website, Funnels, and Email list over to the NEW “Affiliate System” and moving them from Builderall.
We determined there was no way to “MOVE” them, they all had to be re-created.
We decided we needed to do this in a specific order, so as to not disrupt (or at least minimize the disruption) of what we already had in place like our FB Lead ads, and where our leads were going.
The first process was creating the Workflows and testing our “Trigger Links” and the “Tags” our Workflows added to our leads and making sure they added them at the desired time.
Once we tested our Workflows and received our desired results, we created an automated email flow for 5 days… We figured that should give us enough time to tweak the process if needed.
Creating our new Website and Funnels, and Linking the pages to where we wanted, went fairly smooth. We were able to copy and paste a few things which speed up the process.
Our Facebook Lead Ads now direct our Leads (Through a Facebook Form) to our Automated Email Sequence. Our website uses a Form as well and directs our leads to the same. The first email is a Confirmation Email which is sent immediately after the Forms are submitted. We call this a “Single Opt-in”.
The “Confirmation Email” serves several purposes.
- It lets you know you have a valid email address if they reply.
- Confirms that the person wants to receive your emails.
- Your list may not grow as fast, but you should have better quality Leads.
Once the Lead clicks on the Link to confirm, they activate a “Trigger Link”. They are added to a second workflow at that time, which sends a “Thank You” email which includes the “Lead Magnet” or a link to the “Lead Magnet” where they can download the file. On that same page, we offer another “Free Training” either in our funnel or on our website.
Once in this second workflow, one email is sent per day. An introduction to who we are, why we are building this business, and a few others with additional training videos/links. Getting to know who we are is a step in getting them to like and trust you.
We will be posting again on Tuesday so make sure to stay tuned!
Until then, we wish you well!
David

Changing things can be a good thing and its rewards can be great.
It may be a lot of work, but it will be worth it!
Stick with it till you get it done, then you can relax a little…
After All the work we did, we decided to do just that…
Enjoy your accomplishments!
